1.0 Sales Terms
These Sales Terms govern the supply of any goods that you order via The Store. Please read through the Sales Terms carefully, if you do not agree with the Sale Terms, do not buy any goods from The Store. If https://theecoshop-uk.com receives an order for goods from you, then its agreement with you will be made on these Sale Terms. Please note that The Store reserves the right to amend the Sale Terms from time to time and new versions of the Sale Terms will come into effect as soon as they are published on https://theecoshop-uk.com.
The Store may terminate or suspend the supply of goods displayed on https://theecoshop-uk.com without warning, in the event of out of stocks or for any other reason.
Shipping costs are charged at a standard rate, based on weight.

Other shipping details
A signature on delivery will be required for orders of £75 or more. We include insurance for all orders and will replace orders which have been damaged or lost upon receipt of a completed Denial of Receipt Form which will be supplied to you once we have been notified of your missing parcel. Please be aware that if we use a ‘signed for’ delivery service there needs to be someone at the delivery address to receive the package - if not it will be delivered to a neighbour or kept at the local sorting office for collection. Please make sure you specify the correct shipping address. The Store holds no liability for deliveries made to an incorrect address.
Most weeks, orders are picked, packed and dispatched on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at our warehouse located in Bristol, UK. The Store reserves the right to deviate from this schedule at any time, and you will be notified of any significant delays.
Delivery times vary depending on location but on average a new order will reach you within 3-10 working days of placing the order on https://theecoshop-uk.com. Longer waiting times may be experienced if items are unavailable, you will be notified if this is the case and offered the chance to opt for a refund instead of waiting for the delayed item. If part of your order is out of stock, your entire order will be delayed until the missing item is available to send.

1.3 Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases and we respect your consumer rights for cancellations, returns and refunds.
You have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of the date of receipt of the Products. Cancelled orders must be returned to us new and in an unused condition in the original packaging, together with a copy of the receipt or shipping note, and be sent to The Eco Shop, 35 Wainbridge Crescent, Pilning, Bristol, BS35 4LH.
We try to ensure that the products are the same as our original samples, although sometimes differences do occur. Items are described as accurately as possible, but please note that sizes, colours and designs may vary. We will always be thorough and transparent when describing a product, and we will offer all available information about a product. In the matter of third-party products, we pass on all available information and take no responsibility for this information being incorrect, as much as common law allows. If you are not completely satisfied with any item ordered, we allow returns for up to 30 days provided the products are unopened, in a resalable condition, in the original packaging with any barcode tags and seals in tact. We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty by definition of consumer law, meaning: that the actual product doesn’t match any description given before purchase; and that the actual product is not fit for all purposes made known to you at the time of purchase. We require evidence that the product is faulty or damaged. Please note that the costs for returning non-faulty items is not refundable and are done so at your own expense. If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and we'll reimburse your costs in returning it to us, up to the value of £5.00. In this instance, please obtain proof of postage (a certificate of posting is available free of charge from the Post Office). This should be kept in a safe place in case you need to claim compensation from the carrier. We regret that we cannot accept responsibility for goods in transit from our customers.

When an item is returned to us in the required conditions of the Cancellation and Returns Policies, the refund will be processed and you will be notified by email. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase, Please allow up to 30 days of our receiving your return for this to reach you.
Returns Exclusions - For reasons of hygiene and safety, we cannot refund or exchange the following products unless they’re faulty:
- Underwear and swimwear unless the item is clearly unopened unused and unopened.
- Cushions and cushion covers, unless the original packaging remains undamaged and unopened.
- Cosmetics, toiletries, feminine hygiene products, personal grooming products and towels will only be accepted as returns if they are in a saleable condition with unbroken seals and packaging.
- Reusable alternative menstrual products are non-returnable in any circumstances.
Food and Beverages, unless they are unopened with any seals and shrink-wrap intact.
1.4 Payment Method

When making your payment, it is imperative that you provide the correct information that The Store specifies is required. You will be debited when The Store confirms that it has accepted your order via an automated email.

When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
