You may request a full refund for broken or faulty items as long as we are notified within 7 days of receipt of goods. Please email us a photograph and full description at email@example.com to order your refund or replacement. You may request a full refund for items you simply wish to return as long as the goods are unopened, completely undamaged and returned to The Eco Shop within 30 days of purchasing. Upon receipt of your unopened, undamaged product, The Eco Shop will issue a full refund minus postage costs. The Eco Shop are not liable for return postage costs.
